Quality of used granulated polycarbonate material (Lexan® mark) allows to achieve high exponents of splinterproof firmness (V505) under the lowest exponents of weight (plate's thickness), compared with competitors.

Faceshields are easy to assemble to all ACH, MICH, PASGT helmets.  Fixation in two positions: operating and shipping. Lock adjusting faceshield position can be placed either on the left side or on the right side of the helmet (for left-handed or right-handed). The lock can be easily displaced to the proper side if required. It is equipped with the holding cover on request.   Additional rubber washer on the upper edge of the faceshield fixation system to the helmet prevents penetration of water, dangerous liquids splashes to the facial area.  Faceshields can be operated in combination with gas masks.

Faceshields are produced in various variants and divided according to the following performances:

· Splinterproof faceshield protection plate thickness (4 mm or 6.2 mm)
· Ballisticproof faceshield protection plate thickness (20 mm or 22 mm)
· Protection plate dimension (152 mm (marking "S" is added) or 203 mm)
· Presence or absence of metallic grid from the outside of the plate (for using in Main Department of Corrections)
· Presence of antifogging coating (AF marking)
· Fixation type to the helmet:
· "rigid" fastening to the helmet by fixing accessories (DM or HM) rapid-replaceable mechanism (without holemaking in the helmet shell)
· by using rigid plastic fixation system of faceshield to the helmet
· by using belt fixation system of faceshield to the helmet

Assembling and removing of faceshields are held without using tools, period - 30 sec.  Faceshields haven't got replaceable parts that makes their holding/using simpler as well as they have got "drop-off" option (disconnection from helmet to prevent neck vertebrae injury) in case of pulling the helmet in a jerk when riots breakup.
